Our Order Process
FABRIC SOURCING
Fabric sourcing is the first step of finding and acquiring the fabrics that we need to manufacture your clothing. We source our high-quality fabrics from a variety of reputable suppliers.
SAMPLES
Once we have created the pattern, we cut the fabric, print it with your design and sew the pieces together to create a sample.
CUTTING THE FABRICS
We use sharp machines to cut the fabric into the individual pieces. We use computer-aided design (CAD) to ensure that the fabric is cut accurately and efficiently.
PRINTING
Once we have chosen the appropriate printing method, we will prepare the fabric and the design. We will then apply the design to the fabric using the chosen printing method.
SEWING
The sewing process is where we assemble the individual pieces of fabric into your garment using a variety of sewing machines and techniques.
QUALITY CONTROL
We inspect your garments to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality.
PACKAGING
We carefully package your garments to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and ready to wear.
DELIVERY
We work with a variety of reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time and in perfect condition.
