Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Team Lead to manage and align the Customer Experience and Sales teams, ensuring high-quality client handling, efficient lead qualification, and strong conversion rates within an apparel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise CX and Sales teams on a daily basis
  • Review client communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy
  • Ensure proper lead qualification before handover to Sales
  • Support the Sales team in negotiations and complex client cases
  • Monitor team performance (response time, conversion rate, lost leads)
  • Resolve escalated client issues when required
  • Improve internal communication flow between CX, Sales, and management
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Experience, or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of B2B client handling
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Experience in manufacturing or apparel industry is a strong plus
