Returns and Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item you have purchased from us. We are happy to accommodate your request, provided it meets the following guidelines:

Returns

  • You may return an item within 3 days of the date you receive it.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For credit card purchases, the refund will be issued to the original credit card.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be issued to your bank account.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item within 3 days of the date you receive it.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and the exchanged item.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at blanks@brandsfactoryco.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Once we have received your item, we will issue your refund or exchange.
