Brand Operations Executive

Position Overview: BFblanks is looking for a Brand Operations Executive to become part of the daily operations behind the brand. This role includes customer communication, operations follow-up, content support, influencer coordination, product development assistance, and overall brand execution.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer messages and follow up on daily inquiries
  • Support daily operations, orders, returns, and internal follow-ups
  • Assist in product and design development stages
  • Coordinate product distribution to retail stores
  • Help with content creation, posting, and campaign execution
  • Manage influencer and creator collaborations
  • Support launches, restocks, and day-to-day brand operations

Requirements

  • Good English level is a must
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an e-commerce brand
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and fast learner
  • Interested in fashion, streetwear, and content creation
  • Comfortable using social media platforms
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
