Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Team Lead to manage and align the Customer Experience and Sales teams, ensuring high-quality client handling, efficient lead qualification, and strong conversion rates within an apparel manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise CX and Sales teams on a daily basis
- Review client communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy
- Ensure proper lead qualification before handover to Sales
- Support the Sales team in negotiations and complex client cases
- Monitor team performance (response time, conversion rate, lost leads)
- Resolve escalated client issues when required
- Improve internal communication flow between CX, Sales, and management
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Customer Experience, or Account Management
- Strong understanding of B2B client handling
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Experience in manufacturing or apparel industry is a strong plus
