Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong knowledge of all production stages, including fabrics, printing, embroidery, and garment assembly, to manage production planning, capacity, and scheduling while ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage production plans, schedules, and capacity
Coordinate all production stages (fabrics, printing, embroidery, assembly)
Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery across orders
Work closely with production teams to resolve bottlenecks

Requirements

Proven experience in apparel manufacturing planning
Strong understanding of full production stages and workflow
High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Order C: 300 pcs, 3 colors, front and sleeve print. You have one silk screen line only. Changing colors and screens takes time. All orders must be delivered within 10 days.

Explain clearly: how you would choose the order to print first, how you would plan daily printing, how you would reduce setup time and delays, and how you would explain the plan to the printing team. *
